Dear Alumni,

On November 11, 2005, my father, Gerald Sielert, a retired teacher from the Ames Public Schools will be celebrating his 90th birthday.

During his teaching career in Ames, (1950-1980), he taught Industrial Arts, driver training, and sociology, among several other subjects.  He taught at the High School in his earlier years, then taught at Central Jr. High until he retired.

Soon after his wife died in 2001, he moved to Cape Girardeau, MO to be closer to family.

If any Alumni remember Gerald and would like to send him a note for his birthday, I know it would brighten his day and be greatly appreciated. Please send to my email address below, and I will print them off and put them in a booklet for Gerald.
